At Clover Care Group we value each client’s opinion and embrace their involvement on how they would like to their care to be delivered. It is not our intention to just meet the legal standards, but rather to exceed them to underpin the delivery of outstanding care through outstanding quality, which defines who we are as a high-quality care provider.
We recognise every care package is unique to the individualand our specialist care enforces this. Our experienced Clinical Leads and regional nurses offer continuous support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days year, to clients their families and their care and nursing teams, ensuring the care provided evolves to meet each client’s changing outcomes and social needs to help them achieve a good quality of life.
Our dedicated Regional Nurses and Clinical Director have vast experience in Complex Care and oversee every detail of all our care packages. They work with our clients to create bespoke support and care plans tailored to their specific wants, goals, and care needs.

We involve our clients in the recruitment of their staff, this is a journey with take with a collaborative approach. This can be done by involving you in the interview process or by arranging meet and greets during the process. We ensure our clients meet and select staff who they have working in their care package and our staff are a good personality match for our clients and have the experience needed to support their specific health needs
Everything we do is uniquely adapted to meet our clients’ preferences and needs.
Delivering a quality service starts with the right culture and values. We believe that everyone has the right to live in a way that makes them happy and allows them as much independence as possible. We work hard to instil this culture throughout our organisation, and ensure our care services are delivered by skilled, honest, respectful and compassionate people.
As an organisation, we strongly and fundamentally believe in being completely open, honest, and transparent in everything we do. In addition to us having a legal duty to ‘self-report’ to the CQC, known as a ‘Duty of Candour’.
Our staff are our best asset, we value them and support them to enjoy a positive work life balance.
We monitor the service provided by our staff on an ongoing basis, by one-to-one phone calls, face to face meetings, monitoring visits, audits and questionnaires to ensure you and your family are satisfied with the service being provided. We actively listen to your views and suggestions and implement any changes required to ensure your desired outcomes are achieved.
All of our staff have a one-to-one performance review every three months, as well as an annual appraisal and Continual Professional Development where their own training needs and personal development plans are reviewed. We operate an open-door policy, and our staff can contact us at any time for a chat or support.
To ensure that we provide the best possible services, we have a significant number of policies and procedures in place thatare fully accessible to everyone who requests them and given to all of our staff during their induction, training, supervisions and appraisals. Large font versions are also available on request. Clover Care Groups policies and procedures, ensure that all those involved in delivering or receiving care or support, and for our staff responsible for delivering or overseeing that care and support, understand how we will deliver these services safely and effectively
These policies and procedures are reviewed, evaluated, amended and updated regularly as necessary, or following changes in legislation or best practice.
Clover Care Group training empowers all our staff to realise their dreams and improve their lives. All staff are trained to meet and exceed our client’s individual health needs, delivered by our leading UK healthcare clinical training team. They receive regular training and updates, and actively encouraged to enhance their careers with Clover Care Group through Continual Professional Development. This starts with an approved induction course covering issues such asMandatory Training, health and safety, customer care, diversity issues, Revalidation, and personal hygiene. With regular refresher courses, our staff skills are kept up to date and everyone is aware of new developments within the industry. Those who want to develop their skills further are actively supported to take advanced social care and healthcare qualifications.
We offer specific CPD programs that’s allows our Nurses and HCAs to develop their careers. This allows our Nurses to go through revalidation with the appropriate CPD hours and climb the career ladder much more quickly, as well as enhancing the skill sets of HCAs. All accredited programmes are subjected to a rigorous quality assessment process to ensure they meet the RCN’s standards of excellence. This reinforces healthcare workers duty to maintain their fitness to practise within their own scope of practice, as well as encourages them to incorporate the Code in their day-to-day practices and personal development. We also actively encourage engagement in professional networks and discussions and can help to reduce professional isolation.
