What we provide

    Unhurried help with pain, breathlessness, nausea, anxiety, restlessness, constipation, skin and mouth care, and comfortable positioning—following agreed plans from your clinical team.

    Timely prompts or administration (where agreed in line with the care plan), MAR charts, safe monitoring of effectiveness and side effects, and swift escalation if anything changes.
  • Personal care with dignity
    Respectful assistance with washing, dressing, continence, grooming, and safe mobility—always protecting privacy and choice.
  • Emotional & spiritual support
    A steady, reassuring presence; life-story listening; support for faith or cultural practices; and connection to chaplaincy or community leaders if desired.

    Quiet companionship, music, reading, gentle sensory activities, and simple routines that bring comfort and calm.

    Small, comforting meals or IDDSI textures where needed, favourite drinks, and unhurried mealtime support.

    Time for relatives to rest; practical guidance on comfort measures and communicating with healthcare teams; clear updates and check-ins.

    We work closely with GPs, community nurses, hospice teams, and therapists to keep care joined-up and responsive.
