Providing Exceptional Care

Who we support

Recovery is personal. We bring kind, practical support into the home so life feels steadier and more manageable—helping people maintain routines, stay connected, and move towards their goals, at a pace that feels safe.

  • Anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder
  • Psychosis and schizophrenia
  • Personality disorder and complex trauma
  • OCD, PTSD, perinatal mental health
  • Eating difficulties alongside community clinical teams
  • Co-existing needs (autism/ADHD, learning disability, substance use)

What we do (practical, respectful, person-centred)

  • Daily rhythm & routines
Gentle structure for mornings/evenings, meals, hydration, sleep hygiene, and pacing—so days feel predictable, not overwhelming.
  • Medication support
Prompts or agreed administration, MAR records, noticing effects/side-effects, and liaison with prescribers if something changes.
  • Emotional regulation & grounding
Calm presence, distress-tolerance tools, sensory strategies, and simple breathing/grounding techniques aligned with therapeutic plans.
  • Safety & crisis planning
Co-created plans for early-warning signs, triggers, preferred de-escalation, and who to contact—reviewed regularly.
  • Therapy & goals carry-over
Support to practise skills from CBT/DBT/OT, use worksheets or apps, and attend appointments—we complement, not replace, clinicians.
  • Community connection
Confidence for getting out: walks, groups, volunteering, study/work routines, faith and cultural activities.
  • Practical help that lowers stress
Light meals, tidy spaces, laundry, shopping, budgeting prompts, and help with forms/benefits and scheduling.
  • Physical health & wellbeing
Support to attend GP/dentist/optician, gentle activity, hydration and nutrition prompts—because body and mind are linked.
  • Family & carer support
Clear updates (as agreed), practical coaching, and true respite so relatives can rest without worry.

Boundaries & safeguarding: We work within a clear, least-restrictive framework—respecting consent, confidentiality, and the Mental Capacity Act. We are not an emergency service; if someone is at immediate risk, call 999 or NHS 111.

Our approach

  • Trauma-informed & strengths-based – safety, choice, collaboration, trust, and empowerment.
  • Co-produced plans – written with the person (and family if they wish) in accessible language.
  • Consistency that calms – small, steady teams; predictable visits; unhurried support.
  • Culturally sensitive – language, faith, identity, and neurodiversity respected.

Flexible ways to receive support

  • Hourly visits (mornings/evenings, daytime, weekends)
  • Daytime cover to structure activity, rest, and appointments
  • Overnights (sleeping or waking) for reassurance and safety
  • Live-in support for 24/7 consistency in higher-need situations
  • 1:1, 2:1 or 3:1 staffing where risk assessments indicate
  • Short-notice step-up after discharge or during periods of change

How it works

relaxed conversation about strengths, worries, triggers, and “what a good day looks like.”
clear goals, routines, safety/crisis plan, and how we’ll measure what’s helping.
staff selected for skills, temperament, interests, language, and cultural fit.
phased introductions, visual timetables if helpful, and a low-arousal approach.
regular check-ins with you and (with consent) your clinical team; swift adjustments as needs change.
